I also get sunburnt when I use high SPF – what am I doing wrong?

The fact is, most of us don’t use enough sunscreen or don’t apply it often enough.
According to dermatologists, on average we use about 1/3 of the recommended amount, which means you get a maximum of 30-40% of the sun protection. so you will end up with less than SPF 2 if you use SPF 30.
Another common mistake is applying sunscreen after you’ve already spent time in the sun, even if it’s just walking to the beach. We often misjudge how long we can stay in the sun without sunscreen. The sun shines even if it is cold or cloudy.

Application

Apply before skin is exposed to the sun.
Shake well and turn the bottle upside down.
A handful of mousse is enough for one arm.
Work the mousse between your hands until you obtain a more liquid shape. Distribute evenly and generously onto the skin.
Wait a few minutes for the mousse to dry before swimming or putting on clothing. It should be non-sticky after 5-10 minutes. Otherwise you may have used too much.
Sparing use significantly reduces protection.
