Right of withdrawal
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by the articles of Legislative Decree 206/2005. 206/2005.
The legislation provides for the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing the right to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products collected directly by the customer from STUDIO A PARRUCCHIERI stores, in such cases it is expressly required that the customer verify the product purchased before proceeding with its collection.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Customer or a designated third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform STUDIO A PARRUCCHIERI (Via A. de Gasperi 18, 30033 Noale – shop@studioaparrucchieri.it) of his decision to withdraw from the contract via an explicit declaration (letter sent by post or email).
The Customer will be contacted by STUDIO A PARRUCCHIERI to agree on the methods and times for returning the product.
Effects of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, the Customer will be refunded for all payments made to us, including shipping costs.
The refund is suspended until the goods are received.
The Customer must, when agreed with Studio A, send the goods back to STUDIO A PARRUCCHIERI Via A. de Gasperi 18, 30033 Noale, without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated the withdrawal to us. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.
Return of defective or damaged products
If the product received has defects, we invite you to report the problem via email to shop@studioaparrucchieri.it specifying the defect and attaching a photo. In this case the shipping costs are at our expense.
Product returned that does not conform to the one ordered
If the product received is different from the one ordered, we invite you to report the problem to our customer service shop@studioaparrucchieri.it specifying the product received and the one actually ordered. You will be contacted to agree on the replacement method, with shipping costs at our expense.
